The companies nominated for the BUSSQ Service Excellence Award at the 2019 Plumbing and Gas Industry Awards were diverse and undertook very different types of work, from domestic and residential to larger commercial sectors. With the high calibre of finalists, two winners were announced on the night, celebrating the commitment of plumbing and gas businesses from all sectors to provide high levels of service.

The two winners, Plumbing Logix and The Brisbane Plumbers were announced on Friday 19 July at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Brisbane.

Plumbing Logix deliver design and construct projects across South East Queensland and as a company, they value logical and strategic approaches. They are proactive in making things happen and always being professional and transparent in the way they deliver services and interact with others.

As part of their commitment to ongoing improvement and service excellence, they recently implemented a client satisfaction rating system to monitor project outcomes as well as an internal productivity management system to track and monitor labour efficiency across projects.

The Brisbane Plumbers was established in 2017 and has already become an integral specialist in emergency after-hour call outs, striving to ensure they provide exceptional service and also setting the goal to win this very award within the first five years of operation.

With most of their work completed outside of business hours, the team have a guaranteed 60 minute response window, no matter the time of day. They strive to communicate with customers at all points of the service experience and also pride themselves in leaving the customer’s premises neat and tidy. They believe the more plumbing companies that support each other and work together, the stronger the industry can become.
