MPAQ President’s Award
This prestigious award recognises an individual who has had a significant impact on the plumbing and gas industry through training, mentoring, development, and/or leadership, as well as substantial contributions to the Master Plumbers’ Association of Queensland (MPAQ).
Eligibility
The below requirements must be met to be considered for this award category:
- Candidates must be a previous or current member/associate of the Master Plumbers’ Association of Queensland.
- Candidates must have made a long-term impact and/or contributions to the plumbing or gas industries.
- Candidates must have provided significant contributions to the Master Plumbers’ Association of Queensland.

Further Information
- The recipient of this award will be selected by a special committee of the Master Plumbers’ Association of Queensland.
- While nominations are not required, individuals may suggest potential candidates by contacting the MPAQ Events Team at events@mpaq.com.au.
- The recipient of this award will be notified and invited to attend the 2025 Plumbing and Gas Industry Awards.
- The recipient may also be asked to participate in media opportunities but will be contacted first by MPAQ to assess interest.
- If you are the winner of this award, you will receive a trophy, certificate, and a prize in recognition of your contributions.
- You will be publicly recognised at the Awards Presentation Dinner and featured as an award-winner in the Summer 2025 edition of the Master Plumber Magazine.
