  • Initiative and Problem Solving
    Shows the ability to identify challenges and contribute practical solutions. Embraces new methods, tools, or technologies to improve outcomes.
  • Team Contribution and Culture
    Makes a positive contribution to team dynamics and workplace culture. Supports colleagues, apprentices, or peers and demonstrates respect, collaboration, and leadership potential.
  • Leadership and Future Potential

  • Completion of the nomination questionnaire
